Nutzung:

Der Autor gewährt dem Anwender das Recht die Software ("ZUGFERDComposer") kostenlos auf einer beliebigen Anzahl von Rechnern zu nutzen.

Haftungsausschluss:

Die Benutzung der Software erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Software und Dokumentation wird wie sie ist zur Verfügung gestellt.
Mit dem Installieren oder Benutzen der Software erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass der Autor unter keinen Umständen für Schäden haftbar gemacht 
werden kann, die direkt oder indirekt durch die Installation, den Einsatz der Software oder der Dokumentation aufgetreten sind.
Uneingeschränkt ausgeschlossen ist vor allem die Haftung für Schäden aus entgangenem Gewinn, Betriebsunterbrechung, Verlust von Informationen und Daten,

Auf diese Lizenzvereinbarung ist ausschließlich deutsches Recht anwendbar, der Gerichtsstand ist Karlsruhe/Baden. 
Die Wahl eines anderen nationalen Rechts oder eines anderen Gerichtsstands ist ausgeschlossen.

Schlussbestimmungen:

Sollte irgendein Teil dieser Lizenzvereinbarung unwirksam oder undurchführbar sein, wird dadurch die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen

The author grants the user the right to use the software (‘ZUGFERDComposer’) free of charge on any number of computers.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Remedies:

Use of the software is at your own risk. The software and documentation are provided as they are.
By installing or using the software, you agree that under no circumstances will the author be held liable for damages 
for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly from the installation or use of the software or documentation.
In particular, liability for damages resulting from lost profits, business interruption, loss of information and data, 
damage to other software, even if known to the author, is excluded without limitation.
The user is solely liable for the consequences of using this software.

Distribution:

The program may be distributed together with all associated files and in an unmodified state.
Furthermore, you may use ZUGFeRDComposer with your own software without further permission, 
distribute and install it, provided that you comply with the terms of use.
Publications on CD-ROM within shareware collections and magazines are permitted.

Manipulation, decompiling and disassembling of the software and the supplied files are prohibited.

Applicable law:
---------------

The location of the competent court for all legal action in connection with the Software and this contract 
is D - Karlsruhe if the contract partner is a registered trader or equivalent, or if he has no legal domicile in Germany. 
This contract is exclusively governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. 

Final provisions:
-----------------
Should any provision of the contract prove unenforceable or if the contract is incomplete, the remaining provisions will 
remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by the provision which in a legally binding matter comes nearest 
in its meaning and purpose to the unenforceable provision. This shall apply to any omission in the contract that may occur.
